Once we have received your cheque from HMRC, our finance team will bank this. Once this clears, we will deduct our fee (as per our terms of engagement) and we will send a payment instruction form via SMS and/or Email link. Upon completion of this instruction form we will issue your refund to you within 5 working days.

I would like a claim update

The majority of claims are processed by HMRC within 8-12 weeks, however, they can occasionally take longer if there are any delays. Our team will ensure your claim is actioned as quickly as possible and we will let you know as soon as we have any updates. If you claim is outside of the 8-12 week HMRC timescale, we will be in touch with an update in due course.
